The area  in which we practice this sport (North Guanacaste, specifically Bahia Salinas) is considered as one of most competent sport fishing areas in all the Costa Rican pacific coast. The most advisable months to visit are between May and November, however throughout the year the fishing is very favorable and there are abundant species like: Fish Candle, Golden, Yellow Tuna, Rainbow, Marcarelas, Pargos and Wahoo among others.

Salinas Bay and its environment enjoy a wealth of marine wildlife, making it great for depth fishing, coast or deep-sea fishing. Moreover, the beauty of their beaches and the great extensions of the national parks provide an unforgettable holiday experience for the fishermen and their families.
We have a 31 foot yacht fully equipped for sport fishing, with G.P.S, radio and sonars,  200 H.P. outboard  motor Yamaha and canes and coils Penn the  International & Penn Senator, Chair of fishing, Out Riger,  Down Riger, Decoys, Rápalas and Plumeros. On the other hand the Hotel Ecoplaya Beach Resort provides completely equipped  villas, a restaurant and swimming pool located in front of the sea and lies in one of the most beautiful zones of the Guanacaste province.
